Year 3 Home School Provision Day 67 The following slides will be split into 3 separate activities. Each slide will be daily activities for you and your child to do at home. Due to a partial reopening of NJS, Miss Watson is undertaking the alternative provision for Year 3. Daily Provision Pack Day 67 Maths: Objective: To be able to count edges on 3D shapes. English: Objective: To write a prayer of thanks. B&V: Objective: To start writing your leaflet using your research from yesterday. Write a prayer of thanks to God. Think about what you are really thankful for. For example, you might write a prayer about being really thankful for spending more time with your family. Or being out for a lovely walk in the beautiful world. You might be thankful for your adults at home, that have kept you safe and tried their very best to be your new teachers. There are lots of things to be thankful for! Using your research and the template on the following slides, you should start to write your leaflet. You should include; a title, coloured logo, persuasive writing, a bullet point list (perhaps a list of things to do at your chosen place), contact information and bright and colourful image with caption. To create your leaflet, you should fold a piece of paper into thirds. Ask your adult for help if you need it! Decorate your prayer of thanks. Make it beautiful.
