Introduction Introduction of of our our experiment experiment Goal: Creating a yeast biomass with the best conditions for fermentation Conditions: -anaerobic -glucose
Observation Observation of of CO2 CO2 production production Bubbles development: oMany bubbles due to CO2 production; oGradually increasing with the fermentation.
Evaluation Evaluation by diagram by diagram
Result Result Under - O2 conditions we used glucose. Glucose was metabolised by yeast, and therefore, fermentation was successful. The fermentation was not very effective.
