  2. Your Livelihood and Scripture: Deuteronomy 24:6 - No man shall take the nether or the upper millstone to pledge: for he taketh a man's life to pledge. Deuteronomy 24:15 - At his day thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the LORD, and it be sin unto thee. Luke 15:12 - And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living. Acts 19:25 - Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth. 1 Corinthians 9:6 - Or I only and Barnabas, have not we power to forbear working? 1 Timothy 6:5 - Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

  5. Your Livelihood and Finances 4 Business Models Ministry-Following the Lord s promptings and trusting in His provision (Funding through Donations, You have to ask!) Company- Making/selling products and/or services with the intent of making sufficient PROFITto cover all costs (including your own salary ) PLUS sustain, grow, and leave a legacy for those that follow (Funding through margins , you have to set the right price!) Job-Make/Sell products and/or services with intent to replace salary formerly paid by an employer (Have you considered finding an employer?) Hobby - Make/Sell products and/or services without regard to financial goals and objectives (Have fun!)

  6. 3 Ds and the Next Generation of your Livelihood as a Business Decide - what is Your CALL ! Dedicate - Yourself to Achieve that Call ! Doggedly - Pursue that Call !

  7. 3 Ds And Growing your Business Define Your VALUE - What is your product or Service worth to your Customers. (How much value will it add to their lives and/or Business?) Describe Your Value - Marketing Message (Link ALL to Value) Deliver Your Value - Customer/Client Affirmation. (You have to ASK for it!)

  8. The Future of your Business (The Entrepreneur s MANTRA) IF IT IS TO BE IT IS UP TO ME !!!
