MISSION MISSION Our mission is to provide a football league that influences good sportsmanship, teamwork, and the highest moral and physical standards amongst the El Paso, New Mexico, and Permian Basin Youth Football Organizations. We emphasize the importance of community relations and selfless service amongst our participants.

OVERVIEW OVERVIEW CHEERLEADING DETAILS SEASON LEAGUE DETAILS 5 Game Season Age Brackets: 6U - 14U Culminating Event is: BYFSL Cheer Fling (26 May) Location: TBD Free 5 Game Season El Paso, New Mexico, and Permian Basin Age Brackets: 6U 14U Culminating Event is: Spring Fling (27-28 May) $250.00 per age group Season Dates Apr 7 May 12 9 am to 6 pm every Saturday Possibly Wednesday or Sunday Games OTHER INFO LOCATIONS Gate Fees High Schools League El Paso Americas HS El Dorado HS Hanks HS Ysleta HS Odessa Joe T Coleman Field (Turf) $3 per person (12 and above) $Free per person (11 and below) Monies used towards Referees, Field Usage, Trophies, and Tournament Schedule Filler: Teams play higher or lower based of average age of team.
BYFSL RULES HIGHLIGHTS BYFSL RULES HIGHLIGHTS Coaches Binder MUST be brought to each game MUST have all documentation per player in binder. Filled out correctly. Athlete MUST have BYFSL Stamp on the Player form ALL COACHES MUST COMPLETE CONCUSSION TRAINING ALL COACHES MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND CHECK Coaches must have COACHES ID present always. NO ID, no sideline access. Adding Players to Roster Allowed but MUST be validated by BYFSL Staff the week prior to the game. Validation is weekly on Wednesday. Uniforms Athletes: Must have matching helmets and jerseys w/numbers on both sides. Coaches: Same Shirt with Khakis, pant, or shorts. No jeans or sweat pants. Ball Size 9U and below (Pee Wee), 10U-12U (Junior), 13U and above (Youth) Leather Balls ONLY! No rubber balls!
