List players in order of high to low. Use your best judgement of the player against the rest of the division. Try and be objective on the rating. Focus on how the player is in the game, not practice. There are very few 5s in the recreation program.

Coaches must be LiveScanned! Player and Coach ID is required Practice fields are limited practice schedules will be assigned Tournaments are on Saturday and Sunday
Coach Selection Process Interested coaches will let Jacob Sada of their interest. The list of interested coaches will be review and the coach representing the best of the league will be selected. All-Star coaches have a valid coaching license.
Player Selection Process All-Star candidates will be selected by you the coaches by noting the player on your team evaluation form. Divisional All-Star Tournament will be held November 17th.
Player Selection Process 2 Games at 20-minute halves for each division. 10 s play on field 5 and 6 12 s play on field 3 and 4 Boys (12:00 and 2:00pm) Girls (1:00 and 3:00) U14 1 Game at 30-minute halves. Boys 12:00 Girls 1:30
Tournament Play If we have enough players, we will send and pay for 1 team from each division from the U10, U12 and U14 to the post-season New Year Kick Off All-Star Tournament in Escondido Date: January 6th 7th, 2019 We will not allow other SMYS teams to be represented at this tournament.
Practices will be held at either Los Posas Park or Bradley Park MP1, the lit fields. You will be guarantee one night and we will try to schedule two nights of practice.
We will be using our uniform kits from the normal season. We will replace a limited number of jerseys due to number duplication.
BE POSITIVE Cheer, encourage, praise in all situations BE IN CONTROL Don t question the referees calls Be mindful of the youth referees BE A GOOD EXAMPLE Don t say things to or in front of the kids that you wouldn t want them repeating
