  4. Initiatives/Achievements : Madhya Pradesh (i) Crop Loan @ 0% from FY 2012-13 Rs. 16807 Cr. in FY 2021-22 Beneficiaries : Rs. 32.50 Lacs Total Intt. Support : Rs. 3300 Cr. (ii) KCC Saturation (A) PM Kisan Nidhi Beneficiaries (B) KCC by DCCBs (iii) State Cooperative Policy First state to prepare draft. Draft vetted by State Niti Ayog. = = 38.86lacs 97% (59% of total KCCs in State) 4

  5. Initiatives/Achievements : Madhya Pradesh (iv) PACS Computerisation Statutory audit of all 4534 PACS completed by 31st July. DLMIC meetings conducted in all 52 districts by 10th August. Proposal sent to GoI on 17th Aug. 2022. First State to send proposal. (v) EODB Online portal e-cooperative . Faceless online system of Registration of Societies. Random allocation of auditors. Online portal for management of Cooperative Courts cases. PACS working as CFCs (Common Facility Centres). 5

Initiatives/Achievements : Madhya Pradesh (vi) MSP Procurement : Solely with Cooperatives (4661 Centres) (Online registration of farmers, Verification of sown area with land records portal, sms to farmers, DBT, Employment) (vii) PDS Wheat : Paddy : Other Major Crops : 2007-08 2021-22 During Covid = = = 0.57 LMT 128.16 LMT 129.42 LMT (State stood at First Position for 3 successive years) 2006-07 = 2021-22 = 10.9 LMT 45.82 LMT 21987(88%) FPSs are with Cooperative. Beneficiaries = 119 lacs. Annual takeoff of food grains = 58 LMT (39.78+18.50). Biometric verification, POS machines, online updation (except 708 FPS,) 6

Bonus Rs. 1281 Cr. (2017 to 2020 : 3 Years). : 1086 (Members - 45.17 Lacs) : SC = 20% ST = 50% 7

  9. Initiatives/Achievements : Madhya Pradesh (xii) Other Initiative (i) Release of book on 51 Success Stories of Cooperatives in MP by Hon ble Central Cooperative Minister, GoI. (ii) Release of Two Compendiums of Cooperative Circulars (Vol. I & Vol. II) by Hon ble Central Cooperative Minister, GoI. (xiii) Implementing GoI Directions (i) PACS Computersation : 1st State to submit proposal. (ii) Onboarding of Cooperative on GEM portal. All 17 eligible cooperatives on-boarded. (iii)Database of Cooperatives e-cooperative portal already exists. Database form created. Data entry started. Target 9 : 4 months.
