  9. MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO: Confirmmembers preference for more time to review and consider the draft policy with the intention to work towards endorsement/adoption of the policy at HoF14. Review and provide feedbackon the draft policy (i) during discussion/question time immediately after this presentation, and/or (ii) via email and/or informal virtual meeting as soon as practical after HoF13 Approve in principlefor SPC FAME to start using the draft policy The draft policy provides clearer guidance to FAME staff on ensuring members data are managed correctly, so we believe using the draft policy as soon as possible is a positive step.
