The proposal aims to create a support system based on an expert system with an inference engine that learns 5G and future network issues from day one. This system mimics the mind-set of an expert support engineer, offering possible solutions to problems to enhance the efficiency of support organizations. With a focus on decreasing support costs, shortening fix delivery times, and improving support quality, this project seeks to build proactive testing systems on top of the expert support system.

  4. Proposal Introduction (1) Idea is to support 5G and future networks for each component in an intelligent and cost effective way.
