60GHz Up-Conversion Mixer with Asymmetric Layout
Characterization of a 60GHz up-conversion mixer using an asymmetric layout to address LO leakage issues. The study includes background information, mixer topology, measurement results, and conclusions drawn. Focus on RF-LO isolation, LO leakage, and the impact on EVM. Comparison of mixer types such as switching and double-balanced mixers is also discussed, highlighting the challenges and solutions for achieving better performance.

BAKGRUND Gotland s mst i landet p att f rskriva sekund rprofylax mot osteoporos enligt SKLs ppna j mf rlser 2012. Osteoporos prioriterat av HSF Gotland.
SYFTE Att med riktad screening av patienter i prim rv rden, hitta de som har osteoporos, men som inte har f tt diagnos och behandling tidigare.

RESULTAT Vi FRAXade totalt 72 patienter. 48 patienter hade FRAX>15% Tr ffs kerhet 67% (sj nk mot slutet). Vi hittade 34 patienter med tidigare frakturer. Har tyv rr inte f ljt upp hur m nga som kommit vidare till DXA, f tt diagnos och behandling efter projektet.

SLUTSATS Det finns m nga patienter med obehandlad osteoporos p Gotland. Riktad screening kan vara effektivt. Viktigt med tydlig och smidig struktur f r fortsatt omh ndertagande av denna patientgrupp.
UPPDATERAT ML Att uppm rksamma och erbjuda patienter (som tidigare haft fragilitetsfrakturer, men som inte f tt uppf ljning avseende osteoporos) m jlighet till osteoporos -utredning via prim rv rden.
