  2. OBSERVATIONS BY THE DIFFERENT COMMISSIONS OBSERVATIONS BY THE DIFFERENT COMMISSIONS RESPONSIBLE PERSON OBSERVATIONS DISCUSSIONS PROGRESS UPDATE 1. A single integrated Learning Management There must be a single Examinations IT System for both the CET and TVET. An integrated system will make synergy between the two programmes easier and cost effective. Director: System Administration and colleges Task Team to finalise SOP to manage integrated systems System (LMS) must be introduced to both CET and TVET Colleges. 2. Non compliance letters must be issued by DHET on ICASS marks. All the ICASS marks must be verified and validated by the DHET and a Compliance Certificate be issued. Currently there are no compliance certificates that are being issued. Chief Director: NEA and Colleges Presentation to Branch meeting/s 3. There are students who do not qualify to sit for examination and this is due to unresolved irregularities. Irregularities must be resolved on time. Students who have alleged irregularities cannot register for the next examination. Unresolved irregularities hamper the progress of students and they affect the registration and management planning of colleges. Irregularities should be resolved before Chief Director: NEA Communication with affected colleges

Establishment of the Examination and Assessment Task Team (NEATT). The task team must be established and must consist of Chief Directors: for example Chief Director: System Planning and Institutional Support, Chief Director: Programmes and Qualifications etc. The task team must report to Mr Zungu. - Current established structure meeting continuing and work teams are still being established - Assessment Sub Committee currently on board All Stakeholders Resolutions for Examination Lekgotla must be shared. Curriculum for Post School has changed, look at the structure of The CET and TVET sectors must be administered the same with the same policies because they are still being administered Policy amended and Training conducted from end of February to end of March 2023 by CD: NEA team and Curriculum
