What is advocacy? What is public policy? How do I identify community needs? What is a root cause in regards to community problems? KEY QUESTIONS KEY QUESTIONS How do I identify root causes of issues? How important are relationships to successful advocacy? Do I have to be an adult to make change in my own community?

What is a root cause in regards to community problems? How do I identify root causes of issues? ANSWER: ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS The first goal of root cause analysis is to discover the root cause of a problem or event (Tableau Software, LLC., 2021). The second goal is to fully understand how to fix, compensate, or learn from any underlying issues within the root cause (Tableau Software, LLC., 2021). What is a change agent? An agent of change is someone who sees a problem in their community, large or small, and does something to take action for substantial change. (Education Pioneers Alumni Board, n.d.). Change Agents Change Agents There is no limitation to age!
