Questions And Answers Will this cost us more? (Some additional cost due to VAT but aim to cap at 10%)? Yes there will be an additional cost. The increase will cover VAT and will be at circa 10%. We have decided to not add this to the junior program at this time. Will we lose control? We feel you would have even more control. The system will be very transparent, the club will see exactly where each aspect of the program goes.
Questions And Answers Will coaching booking be complicated? The system for booking lessons will be as simple any online transaction that you would make i.e. booking a online dentist appointment Can I keep the coach I currently have? Yes we would like keep the continuity for all members that take lessons to stick with their coach while offering members access to 3 other coaches from Evolve Tennis
Questions And Answers Will we keep the close connectivity with our current Head Coach? Craig will continue his role as Head Coach and will be seen a lot more at the club during peak times of the day and evening. Why are we changing everything? As the club has evolved into a bigger more expansive one, the coaching program needs to reflect this. In order for growth to occur, the club needs more coaching staff to meet demand.
Questions And Answers Are we now a satellite of Berkhamsted? The name for the coaching company is Evolve Tennis Ltd. The coaching program will be headed up by Craig Blythe with the support of Evolve Tennis Ltd. The club will have the opportunity to buy Adidas clothing which will be available for members to purchase with the logo of the club.
