Active through June 2022 Cox sponsored program that allows schools, businesses or other organizations to pay for residential internet services. The payor may obtain funds from any source.   9. Digital Divide Availability Solutions Detailed and Accurate Mapping Dedicate funding to create and maintain a comprehensive and granular map that shows which areas are unserved. Build to Unserved Areas Dedicate funding to areas that cannot get broadband service without government help and establish a process enabling equal opportunity for providers to compete for government partnerships. Oversight of Spending Ensure funds are being spent to truly serve unserved areas and not overbuild and create duplicitive networks. 9
