The Past, Today and Tomorrow - Research Science and Technology Agreement 2007; Annual basis Politic Dialogue on ICT; Three Collaborative Calls on ICT implemented; 3rdCall focus was Cloud Computing; 4thCall will be launched in the end of 2016; Main focus is IoT Pilots and 5G; 5thCall topics is under discussion Work Program 2018 2020. Collaboration on Policies on ICT Sectorial Dialogues on ICT: 5G; Mutual interest topics in ICT area; Open Platform for IoT applications; Data Security on Cloud applications; It is planed a Brazil EU seminar in next September to be held in Brasilia to launch the IoT and 5G Collaborative Call, and presents de results of the 5G Sectorial Dialogue. The Big Challenge Amount of Funding: Only 4 to 5 projects are funded each collaborative call (3 years); The lack of the industry/academia partnership (in the Brazilian side), specially of the Brazilian branches of the European industries; There is no instruments to allow the participation of the Brazilian SMEs in the collaborative calls.
