Complete Van Insulation and Carpet Lining in the UK - QT VanWerks At QT VanWerks, we offer complete van insulation and carpet lining services in the UK. Our van conversions come with full sound deadening - sound deadening under the cab floor and on the roof. We don t cut corners - this is what sets us apart. We apply the first layer of thermal van insulation once the deadening mat is installed. The thermal barrier is a 7mm thick closed cell foam with silver foil back supplied by Dodo Mat. We fill the cavities of the wall and door spaces with 100% recycled plastic thermal insulation. It gives the van its main thermal protection and removes more road noise. Contact us to get a quote.
