  3. 4) Hingham Little League will use the official JDP digital application to safety screen all of our volunteers. 5) Annual Coaches Clinic will be held on Tuesday March 30th 2021 Topics Covered: Rules Review Coaching Resources (Coaches Corner, DIBS and Player Pools) Fields, Umpires and Q&A First Aid and Safety Training, JDP Background, COVID Update 6) Coaches and umpires are required to walk/inspect the field prior to all practices and games for any hazards. 7) Hingham Little League has completed and updated our 2021 Facility Survey on-line

  4. 8) The Hingham Little League board will inspect all equipment in the pre-season. Managers/coaches will inspect equipment prior to each game. Umpires will inspect equipment prior to each game. 9) Implement Prompt Accident Reporting The league will use the provided incident tracking form from the LL website and will provide completed accident forms to the Safety Officer within 24-48 hours of incident. 10)Each team will be issued an updated First Aid Kit and is required to have it at every practice and game.

  5. 11) Hingham Little League will require All TEAMS to enforce all Little League Rules including Proper equipment for catchers. No On-Deck batters. Bases will disengage on all fields. 12) League Player Registration Data or Player Roster Data and Coach Manager Data League player registration data or player roster and coach manager data must be submitted via the little league data center at www.littleleague.org. 13) Qualified Safety Plan Registration Form 14) Player/Coach Data Will be uploaded to Data Center 15) New Survey QuestionsAnswer survey question posed in Data Center as Requirement #15. Is your league aware of Abuse Awareness training provided by USA Baseball and SafeSport? Yes If yes, please provide the number of volunteers in your league who have completed this training. None at this time. Reviewing options with Hingham LL board
