Committee Reports/Other Cont. College Council - Met on 9/24. o Enrollment: We are up by 16% in headcount and 9% in FTES. This is an increase and creates a 282 gap; influx of part-time students. District is looking into this. o Budget: 13% increase in healthcare, this and salaries, will have an impact on RAF (doesn t affect step increases effective in January; this is already budgeted). o Election-related disruptions: We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our students and employees; hosting events to prepare folks. o Anonymous Screening: Lundburg is working with HR to make improvements to the consistency in redactions, provide training on how to screen redacted applications, and implementing a feedback mechanism for committee members. o Exploring how we can hear reports from other committees: We are working on developing a reporting form for committees. Next Scheduled Meeting: Tuesday, October 8th from 1:00 pm 2:30 pm in M-110 and Zoom Student Success Committee - Met on 9/25.
