EU and UK involvement In 2007, EU released legal regulations on 3D printing. It shows how digitization shapes the differences in current legal system. In 2014, EU established a development program to integrate technologies in learning process. Investments into this education program boost logical thinking , provides new set of skills and an easy flexible access to learning material. In 2011, UK had a collaboration with Google to release over 250,000 books with an easy free online access providing historically significant resources from 1700-1870. Currently, UK takes a modern approach along with digitization and invests in public transport providing easy mobile payments and customer experience. Digital Railway programme is being used to track passenger information in more than 300 aircrafts. 7
