ECE Student Mentoring Committee T E X A S T E X A S E L E C T R I C A L A N D C O M P U T E R E N G I N E E R I N G ECE Partner Program Fall 2021 Reflections ECE Partner Program Fall 2021 Reflections 19 of 23 pods active with group and one-on-one outings on/near campus Each peer mentor received $150 dining card to take mentees for lunch/coffee Pods used Slack, text, e-mail and other platforms to communicate Canvas site good for roster, announcements, and program-wide Zoom events Outdoor off-campus activities are very hard to organize for a pod Start of semester best time for activities when course workload is low Students asked to join after pods formed, so we re running a Spring version .
