Education aims at realizing various objectives of life. It not only helps the individual to develop his innate potentialities, but also promotes the progress and prosperity of the society. It has to ensure freedom and self-realization of the individual on the one hand and discipline and development of the society on the other. Education prepares the individual for his life, for better citizenship, and for being a creative person. It also prepares the society for maintaining democracy, socialism, secularism, as well as facing the future.

Conservative Function Education helps in all round development of human being. Education and society are closely related and we cannot think of the one without the other. Education is required to preserve a particular society- its culture, value system, language, religion, faiths, beliefs, and life styles. These are transmitted from one generation to another through ages. Every society has its own pattern of life and mode of living.

Conservative Function Education helps in gaining knowledge in different respective fields. It helps to conserve and transmit the values, ethics, culture, rules, traditions, knowledge from one generation to another generation and work as a ruling power of the development of that society, nation, or the country. It helps to adjust the new modern life to the old one by proper mapping and conserve the previous rules, culture of that particular geographical region or society.

Conservative Function Education is also called a product of the concerned society. Every society has its own life with peculiar features. So education is grown from within as the society grows. Such growth is slow, steady and natural. No specific change is experienced so apparently. But the differences of education from that of other societies become spectacular.

Creativity Creativity means a talent for unique combination or unusual association of ideas. Creativity in decision making may be creation of new products, creation of new ideas, creation of new market, and so on. Creativity is the conceiving of original and unique alternatives to the solution of existing problems. Creativity leads to innovation Society advances through innovation.

Creative Functions of Education Education helps in increasing thinking capabilities. It also helps us to improve our logical views enormously. Thinking power is related to our cerebrum portion of our brain. By education true education cells present in the Cerebrum is active more than the normal condition and consequently we can think new critical views easily. Contribution of true education helps in critical thinking, problem solving, discover new things to a great extent. Education helps to guide our mind & brain to a creative frame & it also helps to enhance logical thinking and reasoning power of mind.

Creative Functions of Education It also helps in abstract thinking. By the help of true education brainstorming is increased and as a result of it we can solve different types of complex problem in a sophisticated way and finally we can use modern technology in every field of life to smooth our life in a glorious way.
