  4. COMMENTS FROM PARTICIPANTS Category Participants answers from the short essay questions I was able to improve our economies action plans and strategies. Collaborative studies has inspired me and given me ideas to collaborate with not just those within our ministry, but also with the people from the private sector and etc. Personally, it is the best platform that can be utilized during this period of the time. We had flexible work hours to complete our assignment. Reading materials have been uploaded much earlier than the due date and we could access those materials in our convenient time. I prefer blended learning that is integration of e-learning and physical classroom. Yet, real-World learning activities program remains highly essential such as professional field trips to learn and witness the best practice of e-learning being conducted or implemented. New Teacher leadership in Times of Pandemic by Mr. Chanwoong Kim has really interesting information about teachers in Korea, which is similar to Brunei Darussalam. It gave me a better picture of teachers worldwide and that issues we are facing on that level is the same across the globe. It would be fun to have learning materials and contents on Korean Culture. We can share it with other delegates. Furthermore, live session would be great, too! I hope to make use of live video feed the next time. I thank Ministry of Education, Korea, the organizing committee, staffs, and professors for preparing such a wonderful event. We would like to collaborate with you in near future.
