  2. Topics One- Getting Ready for a SRC Meeting Discussion- Who is responsible for: Public notices; Meeting site; Accommodations; AV; Agendas; Speakers; Meeting materials; Other)? How are these coordinated? What do you send to members in advance of the meeting? How long before? Have you incorporated Virtual with in-person meetings since the Pandemic?

  3. Topic Two Resource Plan/ Budget Development Discussion- Do you develop an annual written Resource Plan? If yes, what does it look like and who develops it? Who develops your SRC Budget? Is it based on your Resource Plan? If you do not have a written and approved Budget, how do you know what your SRC Budget is? Has your SRC ever had a disagreement with the VR agency over your requested budget?

  4. Topic Three By-laws/ Committee Structure Discussion- How often do you review your By-laws? Who does the review? How do you make changes when needed? Is your Committee structure in your By-laws? How do you select Committee chairs? How are members assigned to Committees? When do your Committees meet? When do they report out to the full Council? Does your SRC do an annual work plan for each Committee? As a part of an annual Council Strategic Plan? How do you measure Committee goal accomplishments?
