Time Management Developing time management skills is important. It reduces stress and allows us to have greater self-regulation. Plus, it feels empowering when we can check items off of our "to-do list". How can I develop time management skills?
Time Management Prioritize your tasks What are my priorities? Set a planned study time Plan a set amount of time that you will devote to your studies. Try to work in a quiet place that will not have frequent interruptions.
