  2. Mission To carry out the Great Commission to children, youth, and adults in preparation for a lifelong journey of being and making Christlike disciples.

  4. Local NDI Board Responsibilities Each church should have a local NDI board Research, create, develop and approve discipleship strategies Keep in-line with Church of the Nazarene theology Give NDI report at the annual church meeting

Local NDI Leadership Plans regular meetings for NDI ministry leaders Elect an NDI President every year Provides training opportunities Local NDI President Duties Works with NDI board to make discipleship strategies Elect a NDI Secretary Reports local NDI statistics to the district Elect an NDI Treasurer

  6. Choosing NDI Ministry Leaders The local NDI board helps to approve suitable leaders for local ministries Leaders should be people who regularly.. Make Christlike Disciples Read God s Word Pray

  8. How to Record NDI Attendance How many people are being engaged in discipleship? How many discipleship touches occur in a week/month? Record this regularly and submit to the district

  9. Accountability Care List (ACL) Keep a list with the name and contact information for every person who regularly attends any NDI ministries This helps the church know who they are reaching. Update the ACL quarterly Report the ACL numbers in the Annual Pastor s Report
