Project release Projects are released now! Faculty will present (please ask questions) Projects will be.. uploaded to the CSE website & the CSE Facebook page & the ADG webpage emailed to all students (in the list) and all advisors Use the weekend to ask questions via email using your university accounts No booking or reserving (do not even ask) Didn t receive the invitation email? Email the chairperson to add your email to the list The list The list
Project selection On Monday at 08:00 all students (in the list) will be emailed with a link to a google form. To get a project you must have: senior status (96+ credits) and a GPA 2.0 Complete the form Select up to 12 projects in the order you want 1 is most wanted 2 is next most wanted, etc Be careful of pre-requisites Submit your selections by Tuesday 08:00 The list
Making selections You can have up to 12 selections USE them, select as many as you can Please write the name of the supervisor and the project number Wireless Sensor Networks Katzis_p3 Papadopoulou_p2 Grondoudis_p1
Project allocation First-Come, First-Served - electronically Forms will be ordered based on time submitted 1st form gets their 1st choice 2nd form gets their 1st choice unless already taken, then we move to 2nd choice And so on for 3rd, 4th, etc Allocation By Wednesday Notifications by email (same list) The list
Registration you can Visit your supervisor ASAP and discuss the project, then Sign the contract (get a copy) Release the project Complete the Add/Drop (get the chairperson to sign it) Email the chairperson and inform them You can register within the first two weeks (add/drop period) If we have releases we ll have a 2nd selection round Register and start working
Running the project You must keep the momentum going Discuss everything with your supervisor Make a plan and stick to it Work hard.. With considerable progress (as detailed in your contract) Incomplete at the end of F2019 Complete, write-up Present at the end of S2020 Next .the projects
