  1. EPICS Collaboration Meeting Welcome Spring 2025 Ivan Finch Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre Monday 7 April

The Most Practical Arrangements Wi-Fi: Eduroam - for those from educational and government scientific facilities GovWifi available to anyone able to text 'Go' to 07537 417 417 STFC's Coupon system - register at the following address https://visitorwifi.stfc.ac.uk Electrical power: There are not enough sockets in this lecture hall. You can charge devices in the R112 Visitor Centre. We have a small number of travel adapters. Restrooms: In the corridor alongside the coffee area.

  3. Welcome 172 Registrations from ~14 countries

  4. Plenary Session (Monday through Wednesday) Conference Timetable and Website Timetable (and all other details should be on the conference website): https://indico.stfc.ac.uk/event/1233/ Plenary Sessions Talks in the R22 Pickavance Lecture Theatre (here!) Speakers, please make yourself known in the break before your talk so that you can have a radio-microphone setup and test your presentation. Coffee and tea breaks in the R112 Visitor Centre. Lunch for non-STFC staff in the R112 Visitor Centre, but everyone may use the restaurant in this building.

  5. Workshops (Thursday and Friday) 13 Workshops over 1.5 days, to be held across 4 or 5 venues. A larger venue has become available on Thursday, so we are making some adjustments. Timetable unchanged. There may not be space for everyone, STFC staff may be asked to participate remotely. Canvassing for interest in Special Interest Groups.

  6. Site Tours and Meeting Photograph Tours of Diamond Light Source (Tuesday) Central Laser Facility (Wednesday) ISIS Neutron and Muon Source (all week) If you have registered for a tour, then you should already have had a chance to select a time. There is limited availability.

  7. Banquet (Wednesday Evening) Will be held at St. Hilda's College, Oxford on Wednesday evening. If you have not yet registered for the banquet, we have a small number of additional places available. Buses to and from St. Hilda's will be provided for those staying at the conference hotels. We have a bus with a capacity for 29 to carry others between RAL and St. Hilda's College. We ask that others make their own arrangements. We are happy to assist with organising car shares.
