CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN The Personal Career Developmet Plan (CDP) is a tool for researchers to plan, monitor and evaluate their progress in the acquisition of skills, experiences and advancement in their career. Setting short-term objectives and long-term goals also helps you to reflect on your future career desires and opportunities. The CDP should be discussed with your Supervisor, filled out and sent to fellini-office@lists.infn.it at the beginning of your fellowship (within the first month). You need to update it every year and at any time you have the opportunity to give indication on where you would like to spend the secondment, since the information influences the development of the CDP. The provided template is based on the example of CDP given by the European Commission within the frame of the MSCA actions. 3 FIRST GENERAL MEETING OF THE FELLINI PROGRAMME

We kindly ask you to write a very short description in your "CARTELLINO" of all your FELLINI activities when you work outside the office, e.g.,"writing scientific articles", "Monte Carlo simulation of..", "participation to a meeting/video-conference on..", etc..
