Project Update Performance testing and improvements in progress o Some challenges, this is project s last major hurdle o Work was planned and expected User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins January 2022 Go-live preparations and staff training begins March 2022 Go-live June 2022 Annual Financial Reporting (AFR) and Financial Forecasting o Project kick off December 2021 o Discovery and design sessions begin January 2022

Control-M and Scheduling Progress Control-M implementation o Eliminates our dependence on un-supported WLYBUR tool o Reduces operator touch for regular processes o Transforms operations area o Momentum is building Daily processes 80% complete Payroll Integration processes 45% complete Month End Cycle processes 40% complete Milestone is 100% complete by Christmas break

  6. Integration and End-to-End Testing All integrations have been tested successfully End-to-End testing o Over 50 processes tested and integrated with Control-M o Many tested with full process flows A small number of defects remain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) may surface a few more defects

Managed File Transfer (MFT) Progress Managed file transfer is implementation of GoAnywhere software New hub for all file exchanges Encryption processes moving inside GoAnywhere All end-user downloads available via GoAnywhere o Formerly direct connection to the mainframe End user uploads ready for full roll-out, waiting for SSO integration Migration of IT partners (e.g. Workday, Concur) about 35% complete Building momentum

Asysco Status Milestones set for 2021 o Most milestones on schedule o Continue to use December (planned contingency) to complete areas running over o Monthly milestones and owners has helped focus effort across teams Bi-Weekly Deliveries o Stable releases continue o Improved code turnaround time proving helpful for test execution o TAMUS installation time improved

Asysco Status (continued) Spool & Job Management o First prototype delivered o Next delivery on schedule Performance Focus Group o On-site workshops establishing clear plan and ownership o Team effort, but clear owners established Pre-UAT & UAT o All on schedule for Pre-UAT starting December 6 and UAT in January 2022 10

Asysco Summary End to End business process testing progressing well Quality remains high, system is stable and testing finding few new issues Control-M / WYLBUR & MFT remain high priority workstreams Performance also high priority workstream TAMUS teams remain responsive and supportive On-site again after 20 months o So pleased to see everyone o Without doubt extended value in face to face meetings and side-by-side workshops
