Update on Rubrics Application Status: Total number of applications: 333 Each Application is reviewed by two separate reviewers to be considered complete 666 total rubrics when complete Total number of rubrics complete: 324 Out of the total number of rubrics complete: 184 were completed by OAC members and 140 total completed by OHA staff Health Systems Division, Office of Behavioral Health 3

Update on Rubrics County status: Two counties review complete and sub-committee approval: Intent to award letters will go out by end of next week upon formula approval (Morrow and Baker) Counties for subcommittee review next week: Umatilla, Union, Harney, Gilliam, Grant Polk, Klamath, Lake, Jefferson counties one review away from being complete Health Systems Division, Office of Behavioral Health 4

Sample Approval Process Motion The OAC delegates authority to the _[name of]_ subcommittee to approve applications for BHRN funding, subject to the OAC s ongoing oversight to the extent permitted or required by law. The OAC may withdraw or amend this delegation at any time. The _[name of]_ subcommittee is comprised of the following _[number]_ of voting OAC members. The OAC requests that OHA assist with sending rubrics and materials to members of this subcommittee.   7. Sub-Committee Selection Decisions Will the OAC request volunteers to serve on the application approval subcommittees? What is the minimum number of members designed to serve on each subcommittee (OHA recommends 7) What is the minimum number of subcommittee members needed to establish quorum for decision-making?   8. Sample Sub-Committee Motion The OAC authorizes establishment of two application subcommittees. Subcommittees will establish their own schedules in coordination with OHA supports.
