  7. THRESHOLD REQUIREMENTS The applicant is a member of the Okaloosa Walton CoC in good standing. The applicant has an active UEI and SAM Registration. Program participants are eligible for the program component type selected. The proposed activities are eligible and consistent with 24 CFR part 578. All required attachments correspond to the attachments list in e-snaps, contain accurate and complete information, and are dated between May 1, 2024 and October 30, 2024.

  8. THRESHOLD REQUIREMENTS Project narratives are fully responsive to the question being asked and meet all the criteria for each question as required by the NOFO and Detailed Instructions. The data provide in various parts of the project application are consistent. Application materials were submitted by the Lead Agency deadline. Applicant has no outstanding HUD or Lead Agency monitoring findings. Response to any past findings was not overdue or unsatisfactory. No Federal of State agency has taken adverse action against the provider. The applicant has a Code of Conduct in compliance with 2 CFR part 200 included on HUD s website or attached to the Project Application profile. Project complies with the requirements of the CoC interim rule (24 CFR part 578), including requirements to accept referrals from the Coordinated Entry System for the project and to participate in HMIS.
