What is Pro-VET? Professional Development of Vocation Education Teachers with European Practices The Pro-VET concept was designed to meet the national priorities of Erasmus+ CBHE projects aimed at developing vocational education and training (VET) at the post-secondary, non-tertiary education level by reforming in-service training for VET teachers and trainers. 3
The main goals of the project A systematic approach to continuous professional development for VET teachers Developing of VET-ETN network (VET Educator s training network) in the eight partner institutions in Serbia and Russia Creating online courses for VET teachers VOOCs Improving digital and pedagogical competencies of VET teachers in accordance with good European practice 4
How we did it? Train the trainers programme Intensive training weeks Mentoring the trainers developing the in-service training courses 5
What we have developed? Three different VOOC s: 1. Interactive teaching strategies in vocational education (the University of Novi Sad and University of Belgrade) 2. Online course design and tutoring (The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies) 3. Effective team working for VET teachers (the University of Novi Sad and Novi Sad School of Business) 6
