Compares and contrasts evolution over time Provides instant access to results and learning materials Community of practitioners with almost 1 300+ HEIs worldwide
HEInnovate HEInnovate Country Reviews Country Reviews : : Key Findings Key Findings The national reviews examples of HEIs operating at the international cutting edge But not uniform across all countries. Policy reforms and investment often focus on specific elements of the HEInnovate framework strong reoccurring interest in entrepreneurial teaching and learning, preparing and supporting entrepreneurs, and knowledge exchange. Less interest in internationalisation or measurement Still more progress to be made in linking innovation and entrepreneurship to research and teaching activities of HEIs. For instance there were examples of I&E agenda not being fully integrated into teaching or research incentives.
HEInnovate HEInnovate Country Reviews: main Country Reviews: main recommendations recommendations For Higher Education Institutions Institutionalising the entrepreneurship and innovation agenda, for instance putting societal impact at the heart of their institutional strategy. For national governments Adopting a whole-of-government approach to support entrepreneurship and innovation in higher education linking education, innovation, industrial policy, regional development policy and foreign direct investment attraction Mainstreaming the entrepreneurial and innovation agenda with research and teaching activities. Innovating legal frameworks, incentives and funding so that there are specific supports to the entrepreneurial and innovation agenda. Development of quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess the impact of projects and programmes intended to support innovation and entrepreneurship.
