The IPAC25 contributed talk proposal working guidelines In this process, we consider the following points: 1. (Weighted) Priority distribution in MC5 (First Priority X 2 + Second Priority X 1 = Sum), 2. Avoiding duplication of talks presented in IPAC'23 and IPAC 24, 3. Good balance over 3 regions, countries in the region, fields/component systems, and gender, since this is an Asian-organized IPAC, so we are targeting 50% for Asia (4), 25% for the Americas (2), and 25% for Europe (2+1). 4. Speaker must not be member of OC and SPC (but can be a member of the SAB), Number of contributed MC1 MC2 MC3 MC4 MC5 MC6 MC7 MC8 +backups 7 8 5 6 9 7 9 3 talks 2025/1/6-7 S. The IPAC25 MC5 Contributed oral talks (Remarks) Highest score abstract (ID1362) is excepted due to invited oral talk. Two talks must be selected among three same high score (5) Europe abstracts (ID 724, 739, 949). ID 949 (UK) can be considered as oral talk due to country balance. No invited talk from Korea, if the score is the same, Korea talk is recommended. ID864 (KR) was also candidate for invited talk. Although the score is low, two America talks is proposed due to region balance 2025/1/6-7 S. Shin IPAC25 SPC3 meeting in Tokyo International Forum on 6/7th January, 2025 13
