A further period of joint engagement will be undertaken which will include the following:- Customer and Supplier Workshop Individual Customer and Supplier Engagement sessions Webinars to communicate progress and updates Industry Day (inc customers) - October 2019 (details to follow) The market research results will help CCS shape the future commercial agreements. We are undertaking a review and presenting our findings and recommendations to our Steering Board next week. We will therefore shortly issue a lotting strategy for review and discussion as part of our continued engagement. 23
