Problem Statement Real life problem: different business locations and pickup the empty gas cylinder bottles A gas company delivers gas cylinders and other associated items to Aim: the consideration of CO2 emission cost under both simultaneous pickup and delivery and separate pick or delivery To provide the company with an optimised transport network under demand and changing cost factors.
