Existing Regulatory Framework Extensive regulatory scheme All participants are regulated Equipment approved before use Entities are audit
Existing Regulatory Framework Existing system works well regulating true charitable gaming participants Biggest issues are entities that fall outside of existing state regulatory enforcement scheme Fake or non permitted charities Entities claiming not to be gaming
