Introduction About NPCA NPCAestablished in 1990A.D. Works with an institutional aim of catering guardianship to all community colleges to establish them as academic excellence It is an umbrella organization of all community colleges in Nepal. More than 578 Community Campuses are providing services under its Umbrella.
Characteristics of Community Colleges Non- profit making, service oriented and run by the support of community Offer programs that provide opportunities for students to develop social, intellectual and practical skills. Affordable fees structure Maintaining organizational values and norms for the overall quality management As per the statute approved by University(Tribhuvan University). The Sole property will be transformed to Government of Nepal if fails to conduct or run properly. the affiliating
Vision, Mission and Goal of Member college Vision Community Colleges in Nepal aim at establishing a model educational institution for the production of skilled and responsible high level human resources. Mission To achieve the vision they adopt the policies : managing well- equipped physical infrastructures effective management with corporate good governance Proper mobilization of local means and resources Assessing participation of concerned stakeholders in planning, formulation and implementation of plan, policies qualitative,

Legal Provision 1. Recently Affiliating University( TU)has classified our members colleges as the affiliated community colleges 2. TU Act has endorsed them as community colleges 3. In every committee under Tribhuvan University, there is the representation of NPCA 4. Even higher education act has also endorsed their existence 5. University Grants Commission(UGC) provides different grants for each and every community colleges as recommended by NPCA.

Because the individuals who will collaborate and share knowledge contribute most for the success of scientific collaboration beyond our organizational relationships. New simplified visa scheme for Master s and above students (Scholar's) each other Develop competence and reputation that very few organizations, whether they be in Nepal or the Canada, can claim thanks to the information sharing, people exchanges, and collaborative research projects we will have undertaken.
