  1. WFNR Survey for COVID-19 Survey Task Force Members Izumi Kondo, Japan (Chair), Marta Imamura (Brazil), Sabahat Wasti (United Arab Emirates), Caterina Pistarini (Italy) The main objective of this survey is to learn about the experience of neurorehabilitation professionals who provide neurorehabilitation to victims of COVID-19 with neurological complications. The survey is not limited to the professionals who directly treat patients with Corona virus infection. 2. This survey addresses following three important issues: 1) Neurological Manifestation 2) The influence to the patients with COVID-19 and the patients with neurological disease but without infection 3) Neuropsychological impact of COVID-19 infection on patients and stress factor on staff engaged in neurological treatment

Summary Situation of countries attended this survey is variable according to number of patient, government policy and provided treatment, so care must to be taken into account for the interpretation of the results Among neurological manifestation, treatment participants encountered muscle pain/fatigue, stroke and peripheral neuropathy frequently. As regards to psychological symptom, anxiety, stress, depression are often observed. Neurorehabilitation service on inpatient, outpatient and community based setting were suffered much by COVID-19 with the various reason.
