SFY25 FISCAL TIMELINES PO COUNTIES PO issuance ~ July/August 2024 1. Fiscal will request new Purchase Orders to encumber all FCFC issued funding (OCBF, MSY admin, FCSS State and FCSS Federal) - Complete 2. Fiscal department will review and approve PO requests - Complete 3. POs dispatched (ready for use) - Complete Advancement Funding: OCBF, MSY admin and FCSS/GRF ~ August/September 2024 - Complete Reimbursements ~ September/October 2024 (July 2024 expense reporting forward) - Pending Dates provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances 4
SFY25 FISCAL TIMELINES CFIS COUNTIES As of September 25th, 2024 County Finance reports counties were sent notices that they were issued on September 5th Please reach out to your assigned Fiscal Supervisor if you have not received SFY25 allocations 5
FYI Expense reports due Thursday (10/10) Annual Pooled Funding Reporting was due 9/30/24 State Flexible Pooled Funds Must submit the annual report (if applicable) MSY/PCSA Restricted Pooled Funds OASCIS users: no separate annual report is required; expenses are submitted throughout the fiscal year Non-OASCIS users: must submit the annual report 6
