SFY25 FISCAL TIMELINES PO COUNTIES PO issuance ~ July/August 2024 1. Fiscal will request new Purchase Orders to encumber all FCFC issued funding (OCBF, MSY admin, FCSS State and FCSS Federal) - Complete 2. Fiscal department will review and approve PO requests - Complete 3. POs dispatched (ready for use) - Complete Advancement Funding: OCBF, MSY admin and FCSS/GRF ~ August/September 2024 Fiscal is finalizing a new invoicing process under DCY - Pending Once complete, the agreement manager will send advancement payment requests to fiscal for processing - Pending Reimbursements ~ September/October 2024 (July 2024 expense reporting forward) Dates provided are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances 4
SFY25 FISCAL TIMELINES CFIS COUNTIES As of August 7th, 2024 County Finance does not have an update on when CFIS counties can expect to receive FCFC funding. If you have questions or concerns regarding the delay in funding, please have the Administrative Agent reach out to your assigned Fiscal Supervisor Guidance County Finance shared June 2024: Administrative Agents, The Department of Children and Youth makes its official transition away from Job and Family Services on July 1st. This huge undertaking requires some additional steps to ensure all funding under DCY can be issued to our vendors and suppliers successfully. As a result, SFY25 FCFC funding payments may be delayed while our Budget and Fiscal offices work together behind the scenes to build new operations under DCY. Please reach out to your assigned Fiscal Supervisor to access funding needed to continue Operations as we work through this transition phase. 5

FYI Request of councils Please complete a revenue check of FCSS reimbursements, Best Practice training incentive payments (if applicable), Family & Youth Voice Program incentive payments (if applicable) to ensure you have received payments.
