Strategic Objectives of the Network 2022-2024
Based on the discussions during : - Business Meeting in (virtual) Germany, where we expressed our ideas for the future programs and formulated recommendations for the Commission and for the Network - both BM s in (virtual and hybrid) Portugal where we discussed our approach of implementing strategies and policy frameworks of the renewed programs. - BM in Ljubljana, where a draft text was discussed and agreed. The document was finalized by the Co-Group in preparation of the BM in Paris.

3 strategic objectives Strengthen the capacity and visibility of the Youth NA s and the Network Maintain and strengthen the Youth specific identity of the two programs As part of the community of practice in the youth field, support and contribute to the EU Youth Strategy and the European Youth Work Agenda
Developing an action plan 2022-2024 Workplan Matrix is linked on the BM Website for you to review https://bmslovenia2021.voog.com/documents Beginning with the action plan for the Strategic Priorities outlined earlier likely to expand to incorporate communication activities Outlines the preliminary actions, discussions and reflections which either are happening or need to happen in order to achieve our stated strategic objectives. Began after the BM in Slovenia in 2021 ends after the BM in Hungary 2024 Co-operation from the Network of Erasmus+ Youth & ESC National agencies and its support structures : CoGroup/SALTOs/ KMST/ SNACs / TCA/ RAY and future support roles etc
Making it work A. Support for meetings of the Co-Group and BMs Tasks of one freelancer, contracted and supported by one NA out of the Co-Group, costs followed up through time sheets, sharing of costs through the key used in other projects, to be reimbursed through invoices of contracting NA Total costs: 24.000 / year B. Support for internal and external network communication Tasks of one freelancer, contracted and supported by one NA out of the Co-Group, costs followed up through time sheets, sharing of costs through the key used in other projects, to be reimbursed through invoices of contracting NA Total costs: 36.000 / year
Making it work C. Support for development costs for communication tools in 2022/23 Conceptual and technical development of an Internal Newsletter, a portal for websites of NAs, SNACs and other NA projects, the map of the Network structures, a Programme Brief , sharing of costs through the key used in other projects, to be reimbursed through invoices of contracting NA Total costs: 60.000 in 2022/23 D. Support for costs for meetings of the Co-Group Costs for meetings of the Co-Group to be reimbursed to the hosting NA through the calculation and payments of participants of the BMs Total costs: 4.000 -5.000 /Business Meeting
