  2. ServiceNow is a web-based application You will login with your network username and password Access will only be available via state IP addresses or through other secure tools such as Vdi and Juno Pulse Work sessions will time-out after 30 minutes of inactivity

  3. Four Homepage Sections The ServiceNow Homepage contains four sections

  4. Application Navigator The application navigator appears at the left of the interface and provides access to all available applications and modules, favorites, and recently viewed items.

  5. Application Navigator Three tabs appear at the top of the Application Navigator 1. All Applications Tab 2. Favorites Tab 3. History Tab

  6. Application Navigator Applications include Self-Service, Incident, Requests, and Reports. Click on an application title to view related modules.

  7. Application Navigator Note: Service desk staff will have an additional application titled Service Desk.

  8. Application Navigator The Service Desk application contains the following modules: 1. New Contact for supervisors 2. My Contacts 3. My Work 4. My Groups Work 5. Incidents
