Agreement & Cover Agreement Agreement signed on 29 January 2021 between Prof. Wout Feitz, ERN eUROGEN HCP Network Coordinator Representative, Radboudumc and Elsevier (copy in Contributor Pack for reference).   3. Protocol 1. Expertise Area Coordinators (EAC) = lead authors for the clinical chapters. They should write and review their draft chapters with at least two other experts from their expertise area; where there is a vice-EAC, they should be one of the experts. 2. Each chapter should therefore be written by a minimum of three experts, and these should be from different ERN eUROGEN HCPs. Therefore, where the EAC and vice-EAC are from the same HCP, this means there will need to be at least four experts involved. 3. Each chapter should be peer-reviewed and agreed upon by at least one ePAG Advocate.   4. Protocol 4. Once written/peer-reviewed, chapter & completed sign-off template (in Contributor Pack) sent to Wout Feitz & Editorial Team. 5. Word count Complete book = 120,000 words. / 30 chapters = 4,000 words per chapter average. Some introductory chapters = shorter, so leeway for other chapters to be longer if required. Abstract & Keywords Required to help readers find the book & individual chapters in online searches. Nonprint items - included in the online version of the chapters, not in the printed book (Elsevier guide in Contributor Pack). Figures & Tables, Referencing, Language Figures & Tables New figures produced by authors: Elsevier production team may be able to redraw the images so that they are suitable for publication at little/no cost. Sample required. Elsevier also offers formal illustration services, but cost for this. Coordination Team has not set a limit for number of figures and tables. Amount necessary to make chapters clear/helpful. Please bear in mind budget limitations and keep numbers reasonable. Coordination Team reserves the right to ask contributors to cut down the number.
