  1. Covid Memorial (working title)

  2. First concept: A memorial for people to remember the mental struggles and the eventual victory against the disease, by remembering it to prevent it from happening again and for people who did not experience the actual event to understand the psychological effects of confinement better. Description: A very small room. Almost soundproof. It will be a concrete cube with a wooden door (easy to open and close). A small cut out square as the only source of light inside the room. The viewer is asked to wear a mask when entering and use hand sanitizer. Then after he\she has entered they will hear an audio edit of different sounds and recordings, conveying the feeling of being trapped, depressed and confused. Once someone has entered the room, they should stay till the end of the audio recording.

  3. Location: - Chatelet Metro Station We have chosen this location because it is one of the most crowded stations in Paris. Also to show how a place like this can be empty (like our room) in a pandamic.
