  3. INTRODUCTION Firstly, Green skills are those skills needed to adapt processes, services, and products to climate change and the environmental regulations and requirements related to it. Green skills are defined Training of skills that its approaches to ensure that adequate resource utilization, reduce waste, energy conservation and environmental degradation cause reduction. They include knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in. develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society. Vocational, Education and Training institutions and skills training initiatives plays a significant role in in developing human and societal capital but also knowledge and expertise for sustainable societies and greener economies. Green skills can modify Vocational Education and Training behaviours and activities with the aim of matching them up with the broader principle of sustainability that is economically, socially and environmentally responsible. TVET institutions as they focus much on bringing skills to the young communities' active members of the green economy resulting in increased human well-being, social justice while reduce environmental risks and ecological scarcity.

  4. WHAT ROLE CAN GREEN SKILLS PLAY IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING? Vocational, Education and Training institutions possess great potential to foster green skills to help their countries transition to a more Sustainable Development. Government & Private sector must take advantage of TVET Institutions to develop green skills for their countries (but relevant for the globe). Building capacity of a young communities for green skills for the renewable energy technologies. Developing pathways for young ones for employability and self-employment through entrepreneurship hubs that focuses on green skills. Organic farming, setting up plant-based homes, using bicycle for transport.

BENEFITS/ADVANTAGES OF GREEN SKILLS Society The living standards of the society can get better if the National green Growth plan can be implemented particularly in relation to water and air pollution. Employees and Students Theincorporation of Green skills in all training courses would improve graduates' employment opportunities. Industry Greening skills in Vocational education and training will help strengthen the economy as workers will be training in operations of this skills and job satisfaction will increase. Vocation Education and Training institutions: Cultural Greening Institutions of Vocational education and Training will be fortunate themselves to enjoy Greening Process, Greening can be quality feature of the institution itself. A TVET Institution can reorientate itself to provide green skills.

Curriculum reform Integration of sustainability in environment sector and example of India launching the schemes including green skills like Forestry, Wildlife and Climate Change. IT and Data Management modules. Artisan programme (with a focus on respective sustainability). Focus on more sustainable methods of farming. Water Management ministerial programme. Other Solar Power and, other Green Tech Assembly and Production. Waste to Energy programmes. Introduction of Wildlife and Marine programmes.
