Comparision of the situation of social enterprises and assessing their policy development needs on European level using the standardized policy diagnostic tool. Supporting the planning and the development of policy instruments implemented from ESF and ERDF funds (operational programmes, priority programmes, local programmes) to provide more targeted and effective support to social enterprises and their international market opening activities Improvement of the social enterprise business plan pre-evaluation system (MarketMate 2.0).
