Stakeholder Engagement Update Presented by: Paul Kabera November 20, 2024
Recap: The HPG approved a stakeholder engagement plan at the July meeting. The plan includes a multiphase approach, starting with Pennsylvania Thinks Conversation Caf s, followed by focus groups, key informant interviews, and surveys. Our stakeholder engagement work is designed to support our writing of the next IHPCP.
Updates: Our most recent Pennsylvania Thinks Conversation Caf was held on November 13, 2024. UPMC Altoona Intervention Project was the key partner. Fifteen community members attended and were highly engaged.
Updates: The next Pennsylvania Thinks Conversation Caf is scheduled for December 10, 2024 in Allentown, PA. AIDSNET is our community partner. Registration is open! We will also be in Philadelphia on January 29, 2025. Our community partner is Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers. Registration will open January 2nd.
Updates: Three locations are in the pipeline for early 2025. We still have bandwidth for other locations in 2025. I m happy to talk with you about possibilities! Information about Pennsylvania Thinks Conversation Caf s is available at www.pennsylvaniathinks.com.
