  3. Creative industries The first definition of creative industries appeared in 1998, in a Creative Industries Mapping Document ( British government document) which was later accepted by researchers and politicians around the world: "Creative industries are those activities that come form individual creativity, skills and talent, and have the potential to create jobs through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property."

  4. This definition has three important elements: 1. The basic resources are people - intellect, skills and imagination; 2. Economicvalue comes from the inspiration of the individual and, in return, the reputation that the individual receives for his creative talent; 3. If we want to realize their economic value, the concept of intellectual property rights and the importance of the protection of these rights is central.

  5. The importance of creative industries from an economic point of view Creativity as a new production factor and promoter of the begining and development of new sectors occupies one of the most important places in the process of modeling economic development. Modern economy "or" knowledge-based economy "is an economic support in creativity, putting the focus on creative industries as a conceptual framework in which growth generators need to be sought.

  6. Creative tourism Creative tourism finds its origins in cultural tourism. Cultural tourism is that form of tourism in which the cultural attractions are the main motive of visiting and staying in a particular destination, but it does not provide creative potential. Richards and Raymond were the first to define creative tourism as tourism which offers visitors the opportunity to develop their creative potential through active participation in courses and learning experiences which are characteristic of the holiday destination where they are undertaken.

  7. UNESCO defines creative tourism as travel directed toward an engaged and authentic experience, with participative learning in the arts, heritage, or special character of a place, and that creates a connection to the residents and their culture.
