  2. Unified Volunteering Platform 24 Webinars were conducted during the first half of 2021

Unified Volunteering Platform Launched: 1st October 2021 One interface Onsite and Online Launched 1st October 2021 Self-services for all players UVP replaced: Intuitive interface, accessible with on- screen guidance Volunteer Management Application Modules (VMAM) Data duplication minimized; automation maximized (RPA, etc.) Powerful sourcing and application model Online Volunteering Platform (OV) AI longlisting & AI Chatbot

  4. Unified Volunteering Platform Host Entity accounts Limited data was available in former system (VMAM) on HE users. For all current assignments (as of 30 September 2021), HE accounts are created based on the country and the hosting UN Host Entity. Account owner credentials are shared with your UNV counterparts on 5thOctober to start the hand- over with you at your earliest convenience*. New HE accounts are created as required. VMAM: UN Volunteers Required data was available in the former system (OV platform) on HE accounts and users. For all active HEs, these accounts were migrated. New HE accounts are created as required. OV: Online Volunteers In case of having questions/problems: support@unv.org

Unified Volunteering Platform Host Entity account user roles The most powerful role: can do all Hiring Manager does, plus managing HE account (add users, transfer ownership, change description of account, etc.) Only one user can be Account Owner per account. Host entity Account Owner The most hands-on role for HE accounts. There can be multiple Hiring Manager users per one account. Hiring Managers can be assigned to DOAs or just added to the HE account without assignment to a DOA. Host entity Hiring Manager Basic role for HE accounts. There can be multiple Supervisors users per one account. Supervisors can be assigned to DOAs or just added to the HE account without assignment to a DOA. For now, rather to have access to information; later to approve absence requests, etc. Host entity Supervisor

  6. Unified Volunteering Platform Transition period: 31 January 2022 Your UNV counterparts in Regional Offices and Field Unites to run your tasks in Unified Volunteering Platform. This applies to Onsite assignments only. 1 October 2021 - 31 January 2022 Your UNV counterparts to transfer ownership of your HE accounts to you. UNV colleagues in HQ, Regional Office and Field Units to support you with any trouble you may have. After 1 February 2022
