SCR819 Not To Exceed - Implementation oExpected to help reduce margin of safety derates for GTCs by limiting unexpected increases in infra-marginal generation during SCED intervals when flows are nearing GTL HSL will set Base Point oSystem updates to be released by end of May oRoll out sequence with 2 week monitor periods oNorth Edinburg to Lobo GTC oPanhandle IROL oWESTEX, McCamey GTCs, South Texas Export IROL oOther GTCs
Mitigation for ESRs oERCOT staff shared a draft NPRR for implementing the Just In Time framework previously modeled and discussed o introduces a dynamic just-in-time mitigation framework that determines the MOC as a function of the maximum Shadow Price and the Shift Factor of the ESR in intervals when an ESR has been flagged for mitigation through the Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) Constraint Competitiveness Test (CCT) process. oThe group will discuss the draft language in June and then return to WMS
